Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any part of this platform is strictly prohibited.
User-generated content (posts, comments, DMs) remains the intellectual property of the respective user. By posting on Soulit, you grant Soulit a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the platform.
📋 Terms of Service
By using Soulit you agree to these terms. Soulit enforces only two rules:
No illegal content — any content that violates local or international law will be removed and reported to the relevant authorities, and the responsible account will be permanently banned.
No spam — repeated unsolicited posting, bot activity, or platform abuse will result in account removal.
Soulit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. All moderation decisions can be appealed via the Contact Admin feature. Abuse of the moderation system by moderators is itself a bannable offence.
🔒 Privacy
Soulit collects only the data necessary to operate the platform (account credentials, posts, and usage data). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely via Supabase. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the admin.

Every action on Soulit feeds into your Soul score, a single number that defines your path. Upvotes push you toward the light. Downvotes drag you into the dark. Your Soul score determines your heart icon, your post aura, your alignment, and your place in the community. There are no hidden algorithms. Your soul score shapes posts visually in real time. High holy soul gives your posts a radiant glow. Dark soul burns them infernal. Every post in the feed shows the soul alignment of the author. Filter the entire feed by Good or Evil anytime from the feed controls.

Set a status that others can see on your profile and posts. Devoted (holy), Condemned (dark), Seeking Redemption (gone dark, wanting to return), or Wilful Descent (embracing the dark). The community can help or challenge you based on your status.

Realms
Communities on Soulit are called Realms. Anyone can create one. Each realm has its own icon, banner colour, and description. Sort posts inside a realm by Hot, New, or All, and layer on Good or Evil filters. Want an official verified realm for your brand or company? Contact us and we'll reserve it.

Moderation, Reformed
Mods on Soulit cannot silence you. They can only flag content that breaks the two rules: illegal content or spam. Flagged posts go to realm admins and site admin for review. Every removal can be appealed. Abusive mods can be reported, power-tripping is a bannable offence on our end.

Direct Messages
Message any user directly in real time. DM windows float over the site so you never lose your place. You can minimise conversations and chat while browsing the feed. Block any user at any time from their profile, blocked users cannot DM you and you won't see their posts.

Our database is currently on a free tier. As it fills up, older content may be removed to make space. This will continue until a premium database tier is funded.

Soul Levels & Your Heart Icon
Your avatar heart icon evolves as your Soul points grow. There are 10 Holy levels from Spark all the way to Soul God and 10 Dark levels from Fading down to Void Lord. Upvotes push you toward the light; downvotes pull you into darkness. Each level unlocks a new heart design with its own color and glow. You can preview the full level chart with all heart icons in the About page.
